Port Canaveral raised daily parking fees from USD 17 to USD 20 plus taxes per vehicle and RVs, effective October 1, 2025, the first increase since 2017.
Fees cover arrival and departure days, payable on arrival via major credit cards, with cash not accepted. Vehicles with Florida Toll Exemption Permits or Disabled Veteran plates receive waived fees, alongside those equipped for disabled persons like ramps or lifts.
The port handled 8.4m cruise guests in 2025, with projections for 9m in 2026, straining limited parking amid rising demand. As a major cruise homeport, it serves Royal Caribbean International, Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, and Princess Cruises.
Local TV station WFTV 9 shared Port Canaveral will raise fees for parking at its multiple cruise terminals.
