The event features sharing plates and bold flavours from Library Street in the five-star resort setting, where Executive Head Chef Kevin Burke oversees the kitchen. Guests experience the restaurant’s blend of casual elegance and ingredient-driven dishes alongside a curated wine list.
Library Street operates as a dining destination in Dublin known for team contributions to menus and atmosphere. The collaboration brings the full dining experience to East Cork for attendees.
