Operating profits at Vicar Street leapt 115pc to €1.33m on sell-out shows by Tommy Tiernan and Christy Moore.
Planning was recently secured for a 182-bedroom four-star “Rock and Room” hotel beside the venue.
Post-tax profit reached €562,661 after €775,616 depreciation and amortisation. Revenues were driven by eleven Christy Moore dates booked November 2025–March 2026. Staff reduced from 52 to 41; cash reserves held steady at €889,403.
