Norwegian Cruise Line moved the check-in for the 7 December 2025 Norwegian Dawn sailing to Hilton Tampa Downtown after an systems failure.
Guests completed all formalities at the hotel instead of the cruise terminal. Complimentary transfers to the ship began at 6pm after check-in closed at 5pm. Passengers could drop luggage early and explore Tampa before boarding. The ship departed at 9pm on a seven-night Caribbean itinerary.
