The company which owns Shelbourne Hotel generated €10.12m revenues over its first two months.
Archer SB Hotel Ltd took ownership of Shelbourne Hotel on 31 October 2024. Revenues comprised €4.9m room sales and €5.2m other income by year end. The firm recorded a €3.9m pre-tax loss after €6.37m interest costs. Directors unveiled a €50m renovation scheme for 226 rooms in August.
Archer SB Hotel Ltd directors shared “trading results were strong for the financial period. The day-to-day management of the hotel is performed by Marriott International under a hotel management agreement. The company recorded a post-tax loss of €3.37m as a result of the acquisition of the hotel and the subsequent restructuring operations.”
