AerCap Holdings N.V. has held its Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2026 and appointed Doug Parker as Non-Executive Director while re-appointing Stacey Cartwright Rita Forst and Robert Warden. Julian Brad Branch retired from the board at the close of the meeting.

The company headquarters in Dublin with offices in multiple locations. Doug Parker brings more than 35 years of aviation experience including his role as Chief Executive Officer of American Airlines.
