Airlines using Accelya’s FLX ONE Revenue Management platform have carried more than 712m passengers in 2025, according to The Market for Airline Revenue Management Systems 2026 report from Travel Technology Research Ltd. Passenger volumes across airlines using Accelya’s platform have grown by 6.2pc year on year, outpacing the wider airline market’s estimated 4.2pc volume growth. This has helped Accelya record the strongest market share gain of any major standalone revenue management provider.

The findings reflect a broader shift in airline priorities, with demand becoming less predictable and competition intensifying. Accelya is seeing airlines place greater emphasis on revenue management capabilities that can support faster, more informed commercial decision-making. T2RL has stated that revenue management is evolving beyond traditional forecasting and inventory control toward AI-enabled decision support, dynamic pricing and closer integration with offer creation. The milestone comes as Accelya announces a new partnership with BermudAir, reflecting airlines’ growing focus on revenue management as a driver of commercial performance.

Recent customer additions including BermudAir reflect this trend, with the airline using Accelya’s FLX ONE Revenue Management solution to support broader commercial goals, helping teams respond more quickly to market changes, optimise revenue opportunities and align more closely with retailing strategies. Across Accelya’s broader retailing customer base, programs are already delivering measurable business outcomes, including ancillary attachment rates of up to 30pc and up to $12 in incremental revenue per ticket. FLX ONE Revenue Management helps airlines optimise pricing and inventory decisions through advanced forecasting, automation and data-driven insights.

Andrew Wilcock, Chief Commercial Officer at Accelya, shared: “T2RL’s research demonstrates both the scale of our Revenue Management business and the trust airlines place in our technology. Airlines don’t need to choose between delivering value today and preparing for the future. With FLX ONE, they can deploy modular capabilities that strengthen commercial performance now, work with their existing technology, and provide a practical path towards modern retailing. It gives airlines the flexibility to modernize at their own pace, backed by a platform proven at global scale.”

John Pepper, Chief Commercial Officer of BermudAir, shared: “We wanted a solution that could help us make better pricing and inventory decisions without the cost, risk, and disruption of a large-scale technology program. Accelya gave us a practical way to strengthen our revenue management capabilities while continuing to build on our existing technology investments.”
