American Airlines has introduced limited-edition centennial amenity kits, pyjamas and slippers across its premium cabins. The new kits have begun rolling out from April 2026 in Flagship First, Flagship Business and Premium Economy with three different designs representing distinct eras of the airline’s history. The Astrojet, Silverbird and Forward kits have paid tribute to American Airlines’ past and present.
The airline partnered with New York-based esthetician Joanna Vargas for skincare products included in the kits. Passengers in Flagship First and Flagship Suite Preferred will receive upgraded eye masks, crew socks, under-eye patches and sheet masks. American Airlines has also introduced new pyjamas in three era-themed designs and upgraded closed-toe slippers based on customer feedback.
The centennial collections feature in the airline’s premium cabins to mark 100 years of operations. The kits include toothpaste, bamboo toothbrushes and other personal care items. American Airlines has designed the collections so passengers can reuse the items after their flight.
Heather Garboden shared “As we celebrate a century of connecting customers to the world, we wanted this milestone to feel personal the moment someone settles into their seat. Customers don’t want items they’ll throw away after a flight. They want things they’ll use again.”
