Comeraghs Wild Festival launches full 2026 programme

Comeraghs Wild Festival has launched its full programme for events from 9th July to 12th July 2026 in County Waterford. The festival organiser confirmed a schedule that includes music, culture, storytelling and outdoor activities across the Comeragh region. Headline acts and community events take place in venues from Rathgormack to Stradbally.

The programme opened on 9th July in Rathgormack with a comedy performance by Bernard Casey supported by live music from Moylan. On 10th July The Frank and Walters headlined an open-air concert at Cooney’s Yard alongside Ruaile Buaile. Duke Special performed on 12th July at Clonagam Church near Portlaw.

Additional events feature storytelling at Clonea Parish Hall, sheep shearing demonstrations at Cooney’s Yard, guided mountain walks and the 30th Annual Comeragh Crossing. The Nire Valley hosts a mountain biking event while Woodhouse Estate presents an evening of song and story.

Bernadette Drohan shared “Comeraghs Wild continues to grow because it is rooted in place and people.”
