Hayfield Manor has introduced a collection of new intimate experiences that allow guests to explore Cork culture, history and landscape. The five-star hotel in the Scally Hotel Collection offers activities from oyster shucking to fly fishing and Irish language lessons. 

Oyster Shucking & Champagne costs €80 per guest or €120 for two while Irish Soda Bread Making is €100 for two. Artisan Cheese & Whiskey Pairing costs €80 per guest or €120 for two. Smoked Salmon Tastings, Talks & Tours run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at €85 per person. Nightly rates at the hotel start from €435.
