Dave Conlon has now the President’s prize at the Travel Industry Golf Society event with 36 points at Headfort Golf Club in Kells, Co Meath on the Christy O’Connor-designed Championship Course.
Players form across the travel industry completed their rounds despite persistent rain and participants received refreshments on arrival that included tea, coffee, scones and breakfast baps. Amadeus sponsored the outing and post-round drinks.
Prize winners received recognition after the competition with handicaps set at maximum 36 for ladies and 28 for men. The event concluded with dinner in the clubhouse.
