Dún Laoghaire has hosted 32 independent artists who perform across the town as dlr Summerfest opens with DLR Streets on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July. Performers take to key spots from 12pm to 4pm each day and create a lively atmosphere for residents and visitors. Audiences wander through the locations and experience a rich mix of musical styles.

Performances occur at Myrtle Square, Dún Laoghaire Tourist Office, Dún Laoghaire Baths, St Michael’s Church and dlr LexIcon Library Garden. The initiative supports local talent and animates public spaces throughout the weekend. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council provides support for the event.
