These include an Activity Planner AI-powered hotel comparisons a voice agent for support and Reserve Now Pay Later options on Vrbo designed to simplify planning booking and trip management. The updates lean heavily on AI integration flexible payment solutions and member perks.
Vrbo updates include Reserve Now Pay Later allowing travellers to book eligible vacation rentals with no money due upfront and an AI voice agent for customer support. Hotels.com updates include enhanced AI Compare delivering personalised plain-language comparisons of shortlisted properties and smart homepages. Expedia updates include an Activity Planner conversational shopping assistant multi-room booking and family-friendly maps.
One Key loyalty perks include complimentary lounge access for Gold and Platinum members if flights are delayed by 90 minutes or more price drop protection and CLEAR+ discounts. The launch is part of Expedia Group’s Fall 2026 Product Release. The features aim to simplify planning and booking.
