Sixteen tourism businesses have received awards at the Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards 2026, held at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin.
The programme, launched in 2022, has supported over 300 businesses and influenced more than 30,000 employees by improving engagement, retention and workplace culture. Great National Hotels and Resorts won Outstanding Commitment to Employer Excellence, while Talbot Hotel Cork took the Excellence Breakthrough Award.
