Former Tourism Irleand CEO Niall Gibbons has departed NEOM in Saudi Arabia at the end of his contract there.
Niall Gibbons shared: Farewell and thanks. My three year adventure in NEOM, Saudi Arabia has come to an end. Time goes by fast. A big thanks to all the local Saudi people who made me feel at home. The country opened its doors to tourism in 2019 and continues to go from strength to strength. The friendliness and warmth of the people, the beautiful natural landscape and unique local culture are all assets that will deliver for tourism in the future. Wishing you all every success with Vision 2030 and beyond. Next stop – Ireland.
