The IAAT End of Season Tourism Forum takes place on Friday 25 September 2026 at Fota Island Resort in County Cork, with free admission and limited spaces available. The event provides insights and data on the 2026 season, opportunities and threats for 2027 and beyond including AI, insurance, marketing, accessibility and inclusivity, and an update on IAAT work on behalf of the sector. The programme features the latest industry trends in Ireland and internationally.

Speakers include Jenny DeSaulles, Director for Sector Development at Fáilte Ireland, Seamus Heaney, Head of Visit Cork, Brendan Kenny, CEO of IAAT, and Eimear Flanagan, Founder of Away A Wee Walk and Chair of IAAT. The event targets outdoor activity providers, tourism stakeholders including accommodation providers, attractions, restaurants and pubs, and anyone interested in adventure tourism.

The forum serves as strategic networking and business updates for activity providers and tourism stakeholders, setting out key areas of growth and opportunities, latest trends and data, and other significant challenges facing the sector. Registration is available through the Eventbrite listing, with the IAAT Annual Conference scheduled for later in November.
