Two Michelin starred restaurant ION Harbour by Simon Rogan has introduced a floating chef’s table experience aboard a private Riva yacht on Friday 19 June 2026. The seasonal tasting menu sails along Malta’s coastline until Sunday 4 October 2026 with departures five days per week.
Each sailing accommodates one private party of two to five guests for either the Dinner Cruise or the Ultimate Cruise. The menu uses Maltese ingredients with dishes finished tableside. Wine pairings including non alcoholic options are available.
The experience extends the farm to table philosophy of ION Harbour within Iniala Valletta and is led by chefs from Simon Rogan’s team.
Simon Rogan shared “we are breaking the boundaries of traditional fine dining by translating a two michelin starred kitchen environment directly onto a beautiful yacht.”
