Mark Duguid has stepped down as Kuoni English Managing Director after 17 years with the business and parent group Germany’s Dertour, with Joint Chief Executive Ben Boesch assuming his responsibilities alongside his current role. 

Adam Morris has been promoted to lead Kuoni’s trade partnerships team, replacing Sarah Weetman who transitioned to Head of Retail, Personal Travel Managers and Trade, while Lori Scannella joins as Trade Partnerships Support Assistant from Azamara Cruises. Gold Medal has confirmed Sarah Lancashire in a permanent product and marketing role, and Titan Travel has appointed Kirsty Bachelor as Head of Trade Sales, signalling ongoing leadership shifts across major English tour operators as the industry approaches the winter booking season.
