MSC reveals more details of dining on board new build World Asia

MSC Cruises has revealed five new bar and lounge concepts coming aboard MSC World Asia, its newest flagship, taking the ship’s total bar, lounge and restaurant count past 40. The new experiences have included the Clubhouse and Soda Bar, Sky Box Bar, The Terraces Bar & Lounge, Coral Cove Bar and Pan Asian Bar. MSC World Asia has been the third ship in MSC’s World Class series and has set sail on her maiden season on 4 December 2026 offering 7-night Mediterranean cruises to Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Rome, Messina and Valletta.

The Clubhouse and Soda Bar has been an 80s and 90s-inspired family space where guests have built their own sodas by day before it has turned into a social cocktail hub by night. The Sky Box Bar has been an intimate Futurism-themed cocktail bar inside Luna Park Arena with live mixology theatre. The Terraces Bar & Lounge has been an Italian aperitivo spot with sea views, wine tastings and live music. Coral Cove Bar has been a poolside bar inspired by a Philippine coral reef. The Pan Asian Bar has offered Southeast Asian street food-inspired cocktails including a bespoke draught beer called Oceanic Asian.

Prices for sailings on MSC World Asia have started from €729 for 7 nights. The ship has featured 13 brand new experiences and reimagined spaces compared with MSC Cruises’ first World Class ship, MSC World Europa. Returning favourites have included the Coffee Emporium, Fizz Champagne Bar, All-Stars Sports Bar and Masters of the Sea.
