Piraeus is attracting growing interest for hospitality and tourism projects following developments in central Athens and the Athenian Riviera. Pleiades Hotel Management has secured cultural ministry approval for a major complex that will include a five star hotel and offices. Separately e-EFKA has launched a tender for the long term lease of a 1,571 square metre building intended for conversion into four and five star hotels with completion targeted for 2028-29.
