Because the company was an active ABTA member, travellers who have bookings have built-in financial protection.

All upcoming holiday packages booked through the operator are now officially cancelled. The company sold package holidays that typically included accommodation and land-based travel services, but excluded flights. Protection for these specific trips is provided by financial failure insurance rather than standard flight-based ATOL protection. Travellers have been advised to gather their booking confirmation invoice, receipts, and proof of payment to file claims.
