Accident & General has secured transit, stopover and layover cover for customers travelling through United Arab Emirates airports including Dubai. The solution applies to journeys where the final destination remains insured under policy terms.
The provider negotiated with underwriters following clarification from the Department of Foreign Affairs on travel advice. Cover applies throughout the journey subject to standard policy conditions and exclusions for war or conflict. Agents require no changes when issuing policies.
