TUI Cruises reports record Q1 2026 results & 96pc occupancy

TUI Cruises achieved its strongest first quarter performance in 2026, with underlying EBIT rising 70.8pc to €82.3m from €48.2m the previous year. The increase stemmed from high demand, fleet expansion including Mein Schiff Relax in the winter programme, and 98pc occupancy across the fleet. Available passenger cruise days grew 15.9pc to nearly 3m.

Revenue for the segment increased 6.2pc to €186.8m, with the German-language joint venture contributing €62.7m in earnings after tax. Marella Cruises in the UK recorded 100pc occupancy and average daily rates of €230. The division maintains momentum into the second half with further capacity growth from Mein Schiff Flow.
