Grigas’s technical background shapes his sales approach, helping him navigate complex deals. He stated his experience helps bridge the communication between the service provider and the client, building trust in negotiations. He closes deals across continents and adapts to different negotiation tactics, including long waits, uncomfortable room conditions and meetings without breaks.

FL Technics is doubling its maintenance capacity across sites in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Grigas was part of the team that closed a base maintenance agreement with JetBlue before the Punta Cana facility opened. He stated proving the plan and the ability to deliver was essential when selling for a facility that only existed on paper.

Vilius Grigas shared, “The technical background always helps to bridge the communication between the service provider and the client. When speaking with engineers, I know the right questions to ask, and I can understand their worries. When you are selling for a facility that only exists on paper, you must prove not only the plan but our ability to deliver. Our reputation and track record helped us reach the first agreement with JetBlue in the United States even before the opening day.”
