WestJet has converted six orders for Boeing 737-10 aircraft into two Boeing 787-9s.
The change increased the confirmed order book for Boeing 787-9s to nine units. The airline retained four additional options for Boeing 787-9s. WestJet already operated seven Boeing 787-9 aircraft. The airline kept ninety-six confirmed orders for the Boeing 737-10 type.
Dominik Sipinski shared “WestJet (WS, Calgary) has converted six orders for B737-10s into two B787-9s, increasing the confirmed order book for the widebodies from seven to nine.”
