Quark Expeditions celebrated a successful 2024, featuring 91 departures with 29 in the Arctic and 62 in Antarctica, along with extensive nights spent at sea exploring the polar regions.

The year was marked by record wildlife encounters, with sightings of various whale species, puffins, polar bears, and multiple penguin species during numerous voyages.

In addition to popular routes, Quark introduced new itineraries to Patagonia, Greenland, and the Canadian Arctic, enhancing its offerings for 2025 and 2026.

The company also debuted the new Ocean Explorer ship, which will replace the Ocean Adventurer, further enhancing its capabilities for expedition cruises in some of the world’s most remote locations.
