Ireland inbound visitor numbers from Italy were 23,900 in May, up 117.3pc on May 2025 and down 27.1pc on pre-pandemic. Rolling annual was 258,100 up 17.5pc on the twelve months to May 2025. Italy is Ireland’s fastest growing inbound market for the fourth month in a row.
This follows increases of 22pc in April , 64.9pc in March, 30.3pc in February and 70.0pc in January 2025.
