The Comunidad de Madrid has fast tracked the arrival of the Filipino Hotel101 chain in Valdebebas with a 150m euro investment marking its European debut.
The 680 room complex near the future Formula One circuit will rank among Spain’s five largest hotels and operate under a condohotel model blending ownership with professional management. This project is expected to create thousands of jobs and strengthen business tourism and event hosting in the capital.
