Travel Centres agents have completed a FAM trip to Malta and Gozo where they have experienced key attractions on the islands.
The group visited the neighbouring island of Gozo and its capital Victoria, known to the Maltese as Rabat. They participated in a picnic amidst the salt pans of Gozo, toured St John’s Co-Cathedral, explored Valletta and the three cities with Rolling Geeks electric buggies, visited Mdina, and had gourmet lunches in restaurants including Liska in the fishing village of Marsaxlokk.
The eight agents received hospitality from Visit Malta and Aer Lingus during the three-day trip in April 2026. They arrived at different times on flights from Dublin, Athens, and London Gatwick before checking into The Marriott Hotel.
Guide Jeffrey Monzon accompanied the group on tours that included the Ggantija Temples, Ramla Bay, Ta Pinu Church, Upper Barrakka Gardens, Grand Masters Palace, the Blue Grotto, and lunch in Marsaxlokk on the final day.
The participants included Dominic Burke, Bernadette Burke, Sheila Treacy, Shelly Heany, Iunia Dimitrenco, Carrie Lawlor, Janice Lecane, Aoife Magee, Grainne Bridge Corr, Michelle Morgan, and Gabriela Milkova.
