Silversea Cruises has named Nicola McNeish as senior director of sales, effective at the end of September 2026.
With over 20 years of experience, including recent leadership at Celebrity Cruises, McNeish will focus on strengthening trade relationships, driving luxury cruise growth, and executing the brand’s sales strategy in the region under EMEA managing director Andreas Nuessel.
Nicola McNeish succeeded Claire Stirrup as sales director at Celebrity Cruises in March 2025, moving from Celebrity Cruises to join Silversea.
