TTC Tour Brands has unveiled its enhanced Groups Programme, delivering the most comprehensive set of improvements to date across Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and Trafalgar River Cruises. Agents are benefiting from improved booking capabilities, enhanced two-way communication and real-time availability, allowing them to secure group space more efficiently and with greater confidence.

The expanded Custom Groups offering represents one of TTC Tour Brands’ greatest competitive strengths, designed for groups of 15 or more guests to create completely bespoke itineraries tailored to client interests, travel style and budget. Agents can construct itineraries from the ground up for multi-generational family holidays, incentive groups and special interest travel, with dedicated Groups Specialists providing support from initial planning through to departure. Group pricing is locked in at the time of reservation, providing greater certainty for both agents and customers, while agents can combine group benefits with eligible promotional offers across the touring portfolio.

For Small Groups, agents can place holds on bookings of nine to ten guests with additional availability accessible on request, choosing from benefits including a 5pc group discount, 50pc off the tenth guest or an eighteenth guest travelling free. Trafalgar River Cruises introduced stackable offers, group discounts and the new Groups Amenity Points rewards programme, with agents redeeming GAP Points towards onboard experiences including beverage packages, shore excursions and onboard credit. The 2028 river departures will open for sale in August, allowing agents to secure future group business earlier, while TTC Tour Brands will host dedicated training webinars to give agents a complete overview of the enhancements.
