The project includes six private two-bedroom villas and 22 fully serviced apartments integrated into the hotel’s ecosystem, with the surrounding Comporta Beach Resort complex featuring an additional 31 luxury villas and 49 apartments. Interiors are being spear-headed by Australian design firm Bar Studio, focusing on a highly tailored, residential luxury feel. The property is located roughly an hour south of Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport, making it an easy escape for international travellers.

The resort is situated directly adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed Troia Golf Course, with four other courses reachable within a 20-minute drive. Plans feature high-end restaurants, outdoor swimming pools, a dedicated kids’ club, a padel court, and a comprehensive wellness and fitness centre.
