New Caledonia Tourism is rolling out its “Our Heart Makes Yours Beat” initiative across metropolitan France throughout November 2026. The campaign aims to convert interest into confirmed bookings with packages that include Aircalin flights from Paris to Noumea starting at €1,599. Offers also cover tour operator packages, discounted accommodation and local experiences.
The promotional push forms part of the territory’s wider Tourism Recovery Plan which targets 250,000 annual visitors by 2032. Data from July 2026 showed that the territory had recovered roughly 60pc of its overall 2023 pre-crisis visitor volume while the metropolitan French sector had bounced back quicker, recovering more than 70pc of historical reference levels.
The creative centres on the Heart of Voh, a heart-shaped mangrove structure made famous by French photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand, while showcasing coral lagoons, Kanak cultural heritage and outdoor adventures. The booking window for the Aircalin rate remained open through 31 October 2026 for travel dates spanning 22 February through 19 July 2027. Parallel value-add booking promotions rolled out to the Australian market under the secondary “Get closer to what you love” campaign banner.
The media push relies on high-reach online video formats paired with retargeting campaigns focused on re-engaging users who previously researched South Pacific travel. The tourism board built a dedicated page combining discounted accommodations, packaged tour operator itineraries and local experiential excursions.
