Stena Line has launched The Big Stena Line-Up, a day cruise entertainment programme running from November 2026. The programme features tribute acts, quizzes, bingo sessions and eighties nostalgia against the backdrop of the open sea. Bjorn Identity
70s Pop Party at Sea takes place on Friday 13 November offering an ABBA tribute show. Stena Line Rewind
80s Edition takes place on Sunday 29 November featuring Hot Gossip, a Madonna tribute and a DJ set.
Bingo Bonanza takes place on Tuesday 19 January while The Big Quiz takes place on Tuesday 23 February. Other Big Day Out cruises include the Jazz Cruise featuring classics from Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Jamie Cullum. The Festive Family Fun Cruise runs in November and December with a six-hour return sailing from Belfast to Cairnryan packed with seasonal entertainment. The Pirates and Princesses Cruise is sold out for 2026 with 2027 dates on sale.
Early booking is recommended as previous Big Stena Line-Up sailings have sold out. Stena Line operates approximately 40 vessels and 19 routes in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean operating 35,000 sailings each year. The company is the largest ferry operator on the Irish Sea with up to 240 weekly sailings including routes from Belfast to Cairnryan, Belfast to Liverpool, Dublin to Holyhead and Rosslare to Fishguard.
