Canadian tech entrepreneurs Alex Bogatoff and Sam Kamra have launched AirTix, an artificial intelligence platform designed to simplify the search and booking of flights, hotels and holidays. Headquartered in Toronto, the platform uses a mix of semantic natural language search and conversational AI to remove the hassle of browsing traditional online travel websites.
Instead of manually adjusting filters, users can write specific, free-form queries such as asking for an overcrowded-free beach with a family-friendly layout and direct flights. The system’s proprietary Discover Search interprets the broader intent behind what a user types to match individual preferences more accurately.
While the platform launched with a core focus on flights, hotels and vacation packages, its future roadmap includes expanding into live tickets for concerts and sporting events. The rise of platforms like AirTix marks a shift from legacy booking interfaces to conversational discovery.
