Advantage Travel Partnership has postponed its annual Latitude Cruise Conference until 2027 because of exceptionally low water levels on the Danube. The joint decision with host partner Riviera Travel was confirmed on 6 November 2026, just over a week before the event was scheduled to begin. The three night conference was set to take place from 14 to 17 November 2026 aboard Riviera Travel’s Riviera Radiance.

Sustained low water levels across European rivers prevented the ship from beginning and ending its itinerary in Budapest as planned. Advantage Director of Cruise Jonny Peat and Riviera Travel Director of Trade Partnerships Vicky Billing explored alternative options before opting for a postponement. The companies sought to ensure delegates experience the river cruise at its best.

Advantage and Riviera are working to confirm a revised 2027 date. Details will be issued through trade media in due course. The postponement affects the planned three night sailing from Budapest.
