Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel will host a wine dinner on November 2nd at its destination restaurant, Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins. The theme for this dinner is “Famous Wine Families,” featuring dinner and wine pairings from well-known wine families such as Champagne Bollinger, Hugel, Familia Torres, MASI, and Grahams.
The evening will begin at 6:30 pm on the rooftop terrace with canapés and a Champagne Bollinger aperitif, followed by a 5-course tasting menu in Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins.
Executive Head Chef Gareth Mullins has chosen premium ingredients from elite food producers to create an exceptional culinary experience. The restaurant’s open kitchen allows diners to observe the kitchen’s theater and atmosphere, while the intimate booths, low-level lighting, and extensive wine cave enhance the overall dining experience.
