Mark Moriarty has been awarded the ‘2023 Listowel Food Fair Book of the Year Award’ for his debut cookbook titled “Flavour – Everyday Food Made Exceptional.”
The cookbook buy the Dublin based Chef and TV host features delicious and achievable recipes that elevate everyday meals into something special, using his fifteen years of experience in professional kitchens.
The Listowel Food Fair is celebrating its 28th fair this year, featuring events such as an opening ‘Celebratory Award Banquet,’ an Artisan Farmers Market, seminars, workshops, a Food & Craft Hall, and a Live Jazz Sunday Lunch.
