The Irish Restaurant Awards for 2024 were officially launched at the Marker Hotel, marking the 15th year of the prestigious awards.
Last year’s awards received over 130,000 nominations from the public for Ireland’s best food-led hospitality businesses and industry professionals.
The nomination process begins with an online public vote with 23 categories available for nominations, including new categories like Employee Excellence and Food Truck of the Year.
The judging process includes regional events where county winners will be announced, followed by a Dublin shortlist, and culminating in the All Ireland Final in May where national winners will be unveiled.
