Three regional winners have been announced for the 10th annual Just Eat Awards, with Dublin Pizza Company winning in Leinster, Amigo winning in Munster, and Birdhouse winning in Connacht and Ulster.
The overall ‘Best of Ireland’ winner will be judged by chefs JP McMahon, Erica Drum, and Nico Reynolds.
The winners will share dishes with the judges, and the overall winner will be announced at the Marker Hotel in Dublin next month.
Finalists have been announced in categories such as Best Chain, Best Burger, Best Chipper, Best Mexican, Best Healthy, Best Asian, Best Pizza, Best Indian, and Best Grocery & Convenience.
Social media influencer Cassie Stokes will visit each ‘Best of Ireland’ finalist and share videos on Just Eat’s Instagram page.
Stokes expressed excitement about highlighting the delicious food and finding inspiration for future orders from Just Eat. The finalists are:
- Best Chain: Supermac’s, McDonald’s and Domino’s
- Best Burger: Locke Burger, Cluck Chicken, and Chimac
- Best Chipper: Romayo’s, Leo Burdock and Beshoff Bros
- Best Mexican: Zambrero, Amigo, and Boojum
- Best Healthy: Jump Juice, Urban Health, and The Punnet
- Best Asian: Saba Dublin, Bao Bun, and Neon Asian Street Food
- Best Pizza: Pompeii Pizza, UNO Pizza and Dublin Pizza Company
- Best Indian: Doolally, Thindi, and Daata
- Best Grocery & Convenience: Centra, Shuppa, and SPAR
