
Merrion Hotel and travel agencies Topflight and Tour America were awarded Deloiite best managed companies at a ceremony on Thursday night.
The awards programne acknowledges companies that excel in the four key areas: strategy, culture & commitment, capabilities & innovation and governance & financials. A total of 129 businesses won the best managed status in 2024.
Tour America was awarded Deloitte Best Managed Company for the 15th year running.
Mary McKenna, CEO of Tour America said Tour America is the only travel company to receive this prestigious honour for 15 years, standing among the best in the industry. Mary attributed the achievement to their commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-centric service. She highlighted the significance of being acknowledged alongside other top-performing businesses, stating that this recognition reinforces their leadership in the travel sector and beyond in Ireland.
