Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort has announced the appointment of Chef James Devers as Executive Head Chef, aiming to enhance the resort’s dining experience.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, James has a history of working in luxury hotels both in Ireland and abroad, focusing on modern menus that feature premium Irish produce.

He began his culinary career at 16, later earning accolades during his studies at the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, including a silver medal for Student Chef of the Year.

Chef James plans to elevate the offerings at The Fairways Restaurant and The Brasserie by incorporating innovative cooking techniques and using seasonal local ingredients.
