
SAS is to fly 3w from Copenhagen to Seoul from 12 September, 2025 rising to 4w in summer 2026, inaugurating the first ever regular nonstop service between Scandinavia and Korea.
SAS said that the new route would be operated by the carrier’s A350 aircraft, and had been scheduled with evening departures, “optimizing connectivity within Europe and maximizing travelers’ time at their destination”.
SAS recently joined the SkyTeam alliance, and fellow member carrier Korean Air has a major hub at Seoul’s Incheon International Airport.
SAS is also set to relaunch Seattle in May 2025, and this year commenced flights to Atlanta. The new services the carrier will operate a total of 14 intercontinental routes from Copenhagen
