Cantrell & Cochrane Group have appointed Roger White as the new CEO, effective January 20, after accounting errors led to the departure of his predecessor.
White brings extensive experience from his previous role at AG BARR and is expected to leverage his industry expertise to enhance C&C’s operations and value.
Ralph Findlay will return as Non-Executive Chair and will also head the Nomination Committee, underscoring continuity in leadership during this transition.
White’s compensation includes a base salary of £650,000 and a one-time LTIP grant, emphasizing a strong focus on creating shareholder value through his strategic direction.
