
Alaska Airlines is to launch routes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to London Heathrow and Keflavik Airport in spring 2026.
The Seattle-London service will operate year-round while the Seattle-Reykjavik service will be seasonal. The airline plans to introduce 12 intercontinental destinations by 2030, including Seattle-Rome in May 2026.
Aer Lingus currently operates Dublin to Seattle 5w, with Dublin serving as a hug for European originating and destined passengers.

A new livery inspired by the Northern Lights will be rolled out across Alaska Airlines’ Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners by spring 2026. This expansion follows Alaska Air Group’s acquisition of Hawaiian Holdings, facilitating the use of B787-9s and B737-8s for these new routes.
