MSC Cruises has cancelled a cruise to the Baltic scheduled for May 16, 2026, due to necessary adjustments to the MSC Magnifica’s world cruise itinerary.
Affected guests are being informed and offered options such as rebooking onto subsequent dates or cancelling for full refunds.
The ten-night cruise was meant to start from Warnemünde, Germany, with stops in Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, and Denmark. The changes to the schedule will also impact a repositioning voyage from Genoa to Warnemünde planned for May 3, 2026.
The itinerary of the world cruise has been extended because of security concerns in the Middle East and the Red Sea, now requiring a longer route.
MSC shared, “guests booked on the world cruise were offered the opportunity to remain onboard for 12 additional days at no extra cost.”
