
Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford hosts a festive programme from 22 November 2025, starting with a Christmas lights switch-on by Santa Claus at 2:00 pm.
The estate offers workshops, including candle-making with Emma Hyland and calligraphy with Sarah O’Dea, priced at €45, including festive treats. Santa visits run from 28 November to 23 December, with €25 tickets including a gift and photo. The Stables Café serves festive dining, and the Foxford shop offers gifts.
The gardens operate from 1 to 24 December, closing at 2:00 pm on Christmas Eve, reopening 27 to 31 December and 2 to 4 January 2026, with a season pause until 30 January. Accommodation includes family packages from €435 per night for two adults and two children, and couples’ packages from €399 per night, available from 12 December to 4 January.
