Skillnet Ireland has revealed it will invest €80m in 2026, including €54.2m from Budget 2026 and €26m in private sector funding, for workforce development.
The investment supports businesses through 70 Skillnet Business Networks, focusing on digital adoption, AI, and green economy skills. Programmes aim to boost productivity, innovation, and competitiveness, particularly for SMEs facing skills challenges.
