The company operating JP McManus five star Adare Manor Hotel and Resort in County Limerick remained loss making in 2025, per an auditors report.
Tizzard Holdings Unlimited Company, the firm operating JP McManus’s luxury five-star Adare Manor Hotel resort in Co. Limerick, operated at a loss for the financial year ending 30 December 2025.According to a newly filed four-page BDO auditor’s report, this marks the third consecutive year that the prestigious resort has recorded a financial loss.
Despite recent losses, the resort is undergoing major capital development ahead of hosting the 2027 Ryder Cup. Local planning authorities approved 10 new guest lodges to handle the expected influx of global tournaments. Infrastructure Infrastructure projects like a new temporary train station and a revived rail line are being built near the estate to support upcoming spectator travel.
The luxury property, known for its golf course and high end hospitality, continues to face financial pressures despite its prestige in Irish tourism.
