The project is split across Spain’s five-year Airport Regulation Documents. DORA IV from 2032 onward includes the larger structural expansion projects including the satellite terminal and third runway extension.
Aena has allocated at least €878m for specific upgrades including €700m for Terminal T1 facade works and €65.2m for Terminal T2 remodelling. Aena has launched a €4.45m master plan tender to evaluate environmental protections in the Llobregat Delta before major construction resumes.
